Shipping
All parcels are delivered with express post Australia. You should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days ( within Australia), public holidays or weekends are not included. Your tracking number will be filed and your parcel can be tracked upon request between business working hours.
When returning the product please include:
- your name on the outside of the parcel
- your receipt
- the product you are returning
All return costs will be the customers responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty product. Your returns will be processed promptly upon their arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 14 business days from the time the return is received. If your item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your order you will be notified via email.
