Beauty Department guarantees that products on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. We thoroughly check all products and ensure it is in perfect condition before sending, and check product is packaged carefully. If you are not happy with the product you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We encourage those with sensitive skin to do a patch test for possible reactions.
